Billund, Denmark (July 09, 2019) - Today The LEGO Group reveals its next Creator Expert model, the Harley-Davidson® Fat Boy®!!
It’s a set developed in collaboration with Harley-Davidson that replicates fully of details this mythical Milwakee motorcycle, in its most recent 2019 version.
Explore the fine details of such a iconic engineering, and find the different features:
- Features solid-disc Lakester wheels with beefy tires, teardrop fuel tank with Harley-Davidson logos and inbuilt speedometer, Milwaukee-Eight® engine with moving pistons, dual exhaust pipes, handlebar steering, moveable gear shift pedal and brake levers, kickstand and a sturdy display stand.
- Comes with an authentic dark red and black color scheme.
- This LEGO® motorcycle makes an iconic centerpiece for the home or office.
- Spin the rear tire to see the Milwaukee-Eight® engine pistons spring to life.
- New-for-July-2019 decorated elements include 2 dark red 2x4 tiles printed with the Harley-Davidson® Fat Boy® tank emblem.
- Special elements include a new-for-July-2019 rear rim with super-wide tire.
To celebrate the launch, LEGO created a life-size model, with silver coated parts, wi-fi animated control, sound and light effects to imitate a real Harley-Davidson® Fat Boy®, and 6.000 special LEGO elements. It took 865 hours to build, made of 69.569 pieces, and will be display at selected LEGO Stores and Harley-Davidson fan events.
It’s a 1.023 parts set, the model measures over 20cm (7") high, 18cm (7") wide and 33cm (12") long, and it’s going to be globally in LEGO Stores and shop.LEGO.com on August 1, 2019, early access to VIP Members on July 17, 2019.
