Set Review ➟ 31036 Creator Toy and Grocery Shop
This is the LEGO Creator 31036 Toy and Grocery Shop, which combined with LEGO Creator 31026 Bike Shop and Cafe will allow us to complete our city with a shopping area. This is a 3 in 1 set, and we will be able to build a post office, or a newsstand instead of the grocery and toy shop.
The box contains 4 plastic bags with pieces, 3 instructions manuals and 2 8x16 plates. There are also two minifigs, one child and a woman.
We start with the main building, the grocery shop and toy shop. This model needs most of the parts and we ha have to build both shops independently. In the first floor there are two small apartments joint by a small bridge. In both apartments there are one bed, a drawer and a lamp.
It should be noted the toy train, the vending machine, the small robot and the chewing gum machine. All of them are great details for our construction. In the grocer’s shop area we can find the cash register, some bottled drinks, press, a map fruits and a vegetable stand.
The second model is a post office. There is a telescope in the building rooftop, which can be accessed by a stairs. A large window with a small planter allows the sight of the office interior.
On the outside there is a small bench, and of course a post mailbox. There is also a carrier pigeon ready to deliver the post, undoubtedly the friendly detail of this model.
The third model is a newsstand. It is the most easy to build but that doesn’t mean that it has less details than the others.
It is a highly recommended set to complete our city and streets, very easy to build and full of details, all that means to be a very nice set.
